Eight Acres Hotel, Elgin

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the amenities like the spa and leisure facilities were enjoyable, and I found the staff to be accommodating. However, the dining options were frustrating, particularly with the inconsistent food quality and slow service. It feels like the place could really use some updates to elevate the overall experience.

I had a largely enjoyable stay, with superb staff making the experience memorable and delicious food being a standout highlight. The location was convenient, just a short distance from Elgin town, and the leisure facilities, particularly the spa and pool area, were well-maintained. However, the rooms do show signs of age and could use some updates to enhance comfort and aesthetics.
