Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the amenities like the spa and leisure facilities were enjoyable, and I found the staff to be accommodating. However, the dining options were frustrating, particularly with the inconsistent food quality and slow service. It feels like the place could really use some updates to elevate the overall experience.
I had a largely enjoyable stay, with superb staff making the experience memorable and delicious food being a standout highlight. The location was convenient, just a short distance from Elgin town, and the leisure facilities, particularly the spa and pool area, were well-maintained. However, the rooms do show signs of age and could use some updates to enhance comfort and aesthetics.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the bed was extremely comfortable, which helped me get a good night's sleep. However, the dining experience was disappointing, especially with both dinner and breakfast lacking flavor and quality. The service in the restaurant also left a lot to be desired, with slow attendants and poorly executed orders. Overall, while the comfort level was decent, the food experience was not up to par for the price.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly attentive and the food was delightful, especially the breakfast. However, the rooms were in dire need of renovation and cleanliness was an issue, which detracted from the overall experience.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying the spacious and beautifully decorated room. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and I really appreciated the walking distance to the town center. However, the heat in the room made it difficult to sleep comfortably, and the shower was quite temperamental. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with some room for improvement.
